The largest heated storage facility on Vancouver Island, the Minute Men Moving & Storage is a household moving & storage facility located on 1855 Boxwood Rd. in Nanaimo, BC. Built from the ground up, the building spans over 2-acres with an open-concept office, 19,6000 sq. ft. climate-controlled warehouse and an 8-bay loading dock.

Tidalwood is a four-story multi-family building in Ladysmith, BC, with one and two-bedroom homes for rent. Surrounded by 6-acres of green space and watercourses, the contemporary designed building offers residents easy access to miles of walking trails and hiking routes. The building is dog-friendly and has amenities such as heated bike storage, e-bike chargers, storage lockers, an on-site fitness room, and automated parcel and grocery delivery lockers.

Serving as general contractor on this leasehold improvements project, Westmark custom-designed this dermatology centre for Skin Care West at the Portsmouth Professional Centre in Nanaimo, BC. The waiting area is an inviting and comfortable space that welcomes patients with soft colours, quartz elements, and a clean, flangeless lighting design. The labs have vinyl plank flooring and chemically treated countertops that provide exceptional resistance. Throughout the space, we installed custom-designed sliding barn doors that provide exceptional privacy protection and have soft openers and hidden hardware.
