Known for their environmentally sensitive design solutions and ability to create enduring, timeless structures, Westmark partnered with Raymond de Beeld Architect Inc. on the construction of LEGASEA, a boutique waterfront development located in beautiful Departure Bay, Nanaimo.
LEGASEA offers resort-style living with six spacious, expertly-designed homes, gorgeous ocean views from a rooftop deck, and DRIP Coffee | Social, a vibrant gathering place for friends and family. PACIFIC STATION
Partnering with Westmark on the completion of Pacific Station, Nanaimo’s first synergistic mixed-use complex, Daryoush Firouzli Architecture Inc. provided outstanding attention to detail and visionary solutions to help make Pacific Station an award-winning success. The mixed-use development received recognition from the City of Nanaimo Design Awards and Vancouver Island Real Estate Board’s Commercial Building Awards and received awards for outstanding workmanship and design.
Pacific Station, a master plan development led by Westmark, was achieved through collaboration with Daryoush Firouzli Architecture Inc. A blend of residential and commercial spaces, Pacific Station is a mixed-use community that includes 29 commercial office spaces, 16 two & three-bedroom townhomes, and 60 rental homes.
