Enhancing the Retail Experience at Brooks Landing Shopping Centre
Brooks Landing continues its evolution with dynamic new retail spaces constructed by Westmark in collaboration with Terracap. The latest phase of the project introduces five new restaurants, transforming the underused parking lot into a high-traffic commercial destination.
The 7,600 square foot structure is designed to accommodate quick-service restaurants and features a predominantly wood-based construction that reflects the natural West Coast aesthetic.
Originally developed as an interior mall, Brooks Landing has transformed over the past two decades into a thriving open-air shopping destination. Anchored by essentials like Save-On-Foods, Staples, and The Landing Liquor Store, the Centre also includes a wide array of services and food options, serving as a one-stop destination for residents in the surrounding neighbourhoods.
Brooks Landing Centre continues to evolve with a focus on sustainability and accessibility. Recent upgrades include energy-efficient interior and exterior lighting, photo sensors, and an EV charging station.
This next phase of Brooks Landing promises to elevate the retail experience and create more opportunities for convenience and community.
