New Multi-Family Development to Bring 233 Rental Homes to Parksville
A new multi-family development is coming soon. Located at 1180 Resort Drive, Shorewood will bring 233 rentals to Parksville, BC, through a three-building, six-storey complex.
Westmark is proud to be partnering with Primex Investments and Raymond de Beeld Architect Inc. to bring these thoughtfully designed rental buildings to life. Once complete, the multi-family development will deliver 233 much-needed rental units to the Parksville community, including a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom units, along with three junior one-bedroom units.
This purpose-built rental complex has been designed with both comfort and community in mind. Planned amenities include a swimming pool and hot tub, fitness centre, community gathering room, children’s play area, dog park and wash station, and shared gardens. The property will also include 275 underground parking stalls – 265 of which will be prewired for future Level 2 EV charging. Shorewood will also be within walking distance to the beach and just minutes from shops, restaurants, and everyday conveniences.
