Update on 340 Campbell Street

Progress continues at 340 Campbell Street, a six-storey mixed-use development located at the corner of Campbell and Wallace Streets in Nanaimo. The project is now well into the interior finishing stage, with flooring, cabinetry, and countertops being installed throughout the residential suites.

Exterior siding is nearing completion, marking a major milestone as the building moves closer to occupancy.

Once complete, 340 Campbell will introduce 162 pet-friendly rental homes and 15 mixed-use units, contributing much-needed housing options to Nanaimo’s downtown core. Designed for modern living, each unit will feature in-suite laundry, stainless-steel appliances, and access to community amenities including a pet wash station, courtyard lounge, fitness area, and underground parking with EV charging.
