Kholoud Abusamaan

With a background spanning architecture and construction, Kholoud brings nearly nine years of industry experience. She holds a Master’s degree in Construction Management from the University of Miami and a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from Effat University in Saudi Arabia. PMP certified, she approaches projects with a strong understanding of both design intent and construction execution.

Kholoud relocated from Florida to Nanaimo in 2024 and has embraced life on Vancouver Island. She enjoys kayaking, traveling, and spending quality time with family and friends.
