Joseph Harper

Joseph is a Red Seal Structural Ironworker with a background in industrial and commercial construction. Originally from the UK, he relocated to Nanaimo in 2013 and has developed extensive health and safety experience across British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, and the UK, supporting projects in oil and gas, mining, high-rise residential construction, and major infrastructure and utility work, including hydro dam projects. Joseph holds a NEBOSH Health and Safety Diploma, NCSO and CRST designations, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management.

Joseph enjoys running, sailing, hiking, camping, and exploring Vancouver Island with his family.
