In a location that was originally part of a farm, the land was subdivided to contain 15 new two-story homes.
The neighborhood was focused on situating the homes towards the gorgeous parkway trail bordered by mature oak trees. Detached garages are accessible from the lane and all exterior finishes and colours were expertly designed and coordinated to provide cohesiveness for the entire project.
