This latest phase introduces five new quick-service restaurant spaces to the Nanaimo shopping centre, repurposing a previously underused section of the parking lot into a vibrant commercial destination. Featuring wood-based construction that reflects the natural aesthetic of the West Coast, the new building brings added texture and warmth to the evolving site.

Brooks Landing has steadily evolved from an enclosed interior mall into a bustling open-air shopping centre that offers everyday essentials like Save-On-Foods, Staples, and The Landing Liquor Store. With a diverse range of food options and retail services, the centre continues to serve as a convenient one-stop destination for surrounding neighbourhoods.

Ongoing upgrades to the site have focused on sustainability and accessibility, including energy-efficient lighting, photo sensors, and a public EV charging station.
