Marketing & Proposal Coordinator
Westmark has an exciting opportunity for a qualified individual to join our construction team. The Marketing & Proposal Coordinator is responsible for assisting with proposals, managing social media and creating marketing content to enhance Westmark’s visibility and market presence.
Working with the pre-construction team, project managers, and leadership, the coordinator ensures all proposals and marketing materials align with Westmark’s brand and strategic goals.
The ideal candidate is creative, organized, and experienced in marketing and proposal development within the construction industry. They can manage multiple priorities, produce engaging content, and contribute to successful project pursuits.

Responsibilities Include:
- Maintain and regularly update Westmark’s social media platforms with current, relevant, and engaging content
- Monitor social media analytics, providing reports and recommendations to improve reach and engagement
- Manage social media community, respond to audience questions and feedback
- Liaison with photographers and videographers
- Schedule and coordinate regular photo and drone shoots aligned with construction schedules
- Stays current in marketing trends and news
- Ensures brand image and positioning are consistent with the overall strategic marketing plan
- Provide direct support to proposal team members, assisting with content and formatting
- Track proposal status, deadlines, and deliverables to help the team stay organized and aligned
- Support the preparation, coordination, and submission of Requests for Qualifications (RFQs), Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and Expressions of Interest (EOIs)
- Review and interpret RFP/Q requirements, create response checklists, and coordinate inputs from multiple contributors
Qualifications/Experience:
- 1–3 years of experience in proposal writing and digital marketing, preferably in the construction industry
- Excellent organization and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Successfully managed corporate social media accounts, ad hoc requests and evergreen content for Instagram and LinkedIn
- Understand the target audience and best practices for each social media account, help to develop and post engaging, relevant and timely content to achieve Westmark’s corporate objectives and goals
- Proficiency in Canva and Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with SharePoint is an asset
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with keen attention to detail
Compensation:
- $65,000 – $78,000 salary commensurate with industry experience
