Westmark Wins Commercial Building Award for Mint Nanaimo

Westmark is proud to share that The Mint in Nanaimo has received the Award of Excellence in the Multi-Family Condominium category at the 2026 Vancouver Island Commercial Building Awards.

Hosted by the Business Examiner, the Vancouver Island Commercial Building Awards recognize excellence in commercial, industrial, institutional, multi-family, investment, and revenue-producing projects across Vancouver Island.

As the General Contractor on The Mint, Westmark is honoured to have contributed to a project that brings new multi-family housing, thoughtful design, and long-term value to Nanaimo. This recognition reflects the work of a dedicated project team and the many construction partners, suppliers, and trades who helped bring the building to completion.
