New Real Estate Development in Production

The team at Westmark Construction has been busy in 2017, despite the chilly weather and snow-covered ground!

In the fall of 2016, we announced that we would be starting a brand new townhome development, in collaboration with the Zhongjian Development Corporation. We are very excited to be a part of building this new luxury townhome community, and we are working with Mazzei Electric to start wiring.

It’s now February, and work on this green multifamily development is well underway! We are excited to put our established design-build process to work and to construct these homes with energy efficient and environmentally friendly materials. We estimate that these will be complete May 2017.
