A Custom Home Built in Partnership with BRIAN T MORRIS AND WESTMARK CONSTRUCTION

This brand-new custom-built home was designed by Brian T Morris, with Westmark Construction involved in general contracting and construction management. This home features a classic design, including traditional wood windows, to complement its waterfront location.

The timber framed structure was bolted together and given precedence in the visual appearance of the home. Modern comforts include in-floor hydronic heating, acid-etched concrete floors, and an on-demand hot water system, as well as an installed in-ground cistern to capture rainwater. The distinctive, large skylight runs along the ridgeline of the roof, allowing natural light to stream in over the central staircase.
