Another #LUNCHBOXCHALLENGE For The Books
We’re throwing things back to last month when we participated in the #lunchboxchallenge. It was a great way for us to join in celebration of Construction and Skilled Trades Month 2023. This annual event acknowledges the incredible dedication and teamwork required to pass on skills and knowledge from one generation to the next. And what better way to celebrate than to treat our team to lunch? A special shoutout to Nellie’s European Deli for bringing a taste of Europe to our job site with delicious sandwiches and snacks.

This month, we took a little break from site building to focus on team building at Splitsville Nanaimo. Making time to connect outside the job site allows us to build trust, break down barriers, and discover shared interests among our group. This helps improve communication and enhances our ability to solve problems. It’s safe to say we like to strike a good balance between work and play.
