Not far from Songbird Place on Rutherford Road in Nanaimo is Cedar Ridge—a contemporary designed multi-family development that will feature 100 luxury homes and commercial space for rent. This project is currently in development with a two-level parkade actively under construction. With a focus on energy efficiency, the building will feature EV charging stations for bikes and cars, energy-efficient windows, LED lighting, water fixtures, and solar panels. Residents will have easy access to pedestrian walkways that lead to Long Lake where they can swim, kayak, or paddle board.
Located in Holland Creek in the Town of Ladysmith, Tidalwood is a four-storey multi-family condo that’s now renting and welcoming residents as of May 2022. As the general contractor, we ensured the building design featured a range of amenities including on-site parking, heated bike storage, e-bike chargers, storage lockers, in-suite laundry, and several energy-efficient components. Residents also have access to an on-site fitness room and outdoor covered social area. Our team worked with the natural landscape to give residents access to miles of walking trails that lead to surrounding lakes.
