Rachel Krusto

Born and raised in Nanaimo, BC, Rachel began her career in the construction industry as a Project Coordinator in 2014. With extensive experience in commercial, industrial, and institutional projects, she has a strong background in HVAC and electrical systems. Known for her analytical skills, Rachel shines at budget management and forecasting. As a leader, she values collaboration and motivates her team through positive reinforcement and leading by example.

Outside of work, Rachel is an avid outdoor enthusiast that loves fishing, hiking with her dog, taking road trips, and creating memories with friends and family.
