With over 30 years of construction industry experience, Duncan is on site to manage, organize and oversee every aspect of a building project, ensuring the projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and following building codes and laws, making him an asset to Westmark Construction.

Duncan is very active in donating his time building and renovating communal buildings.
