This project involved the complete interior and exterior restoration of a 29 unit, 30,000 sq. ft. condominium building.
All exterior and interior finishes were removed and down to the original framing. Once the building had been gutted, we performed a Hazardous Materials Abatement, and completed a seismic upgrade to the entire building. New exterior and interior finishes were installed for all suites and common areas to bring the building up to current design and rental standards. Wherever possible energy efficient and environmentally friendly products were utilized in the restoration, and the entire site was re-landscaped, including an updated irrigation system.
The restoration significantly increased the value of the client’s asset, and the building was 100% occupied within a few months of completion.
“From the beginning with the demolition and design team to the rebuilding and a great finished product, I have nothing but good comments about the complete process. Westmark was professional and competent with few surprises. I would recommend Eldon, Chris and their team for any job large or small.”
