We’re excited to announce our multi-family development project at Cedar Ridge Place officially has a name—Link.

Nestled between Nanaimo North Town Centre and Long Lake, this up-and-coming multi-family development features one and two-bedroom condos for rent.

While we’re proud to be the general contractors on this project, the success of this building stems from our long-term partnership with Primex Investments Ltd., the building’s developer, and Pacific Cove Properties, a subsidy of Primex and the property manager.

Since 1972, Primex has been a leading real estate investment and management company in British Columbia. In 2006, they shifted focus to solely acquiring and managing multifamily residential properties. Their vision?
