For over a decade, the VIREB Commercial Building Awards recognize excellence in residential and commercial construction across Vancouver Island. Along with many other companies, we were honoured to attend the gala event, and especially have Pacific Station be selected for its fourth Commercial Building Award!

About The Winning Commercial Buildings
Pacific Station has definitely been our flagship commercial construction development over the past few years. These are the last 2 state-of-the-art commercial buildings of Phase 3 in this vibrant business community (and we are currently working on the last phase – a rental apartment building!) The West Coast modern style is different in form from the first three buildings, however the same aesthetic is maintained with the use of structural timbers, natural stone columns and accents, as well as the combination of metal cladding and HardiPlank siding. The plaza spaces and landscaping create a friendly outdoor gathering space.

The Apartments at Pacific Station – the final phase of the development – is currently under construction. Pacific Station boasts a central location, and the rental building will offer 60 1- & 2-bedroom suites with balconies, stainless steel appliances, and more.
