Real Estate Development Pacific Station Wins Award of Excellence in Vancouver Island Building Awards
Westmark Construction is honoured to announce that Pacific Station has been recognized by the 2017 Commercial Building Awards.
Established by the Vancouver Island Real Estate Board (VIREB), the Commercial Building Awards (CBAs) recognize outstanding workmanship and design in commercial buildings within the VIREB area (from the top of the Malahat to the northern tip of the island). Each year, winners are selected by a panel of independent judges from various professional and development industries.
We are extremely grateful to receive this prestigious Award of Excellence for Phase 1 of the townhomes at Pacific Station. Pictured below is Daryoush Firouzli of Daryoush Firouzli Architecture Inc accepting the award – we’re sad we couldn’t have been there that night!
Our team is extremely proud of the results from Pacific Station, and introduce this innovative mixed use real estate development to Nanaimo. These types of combined residential and commercial communities really promote interconnectivity and synergy between businesses.
