Multi-family residential units currently in the works in Nanaimo

Multi-family residential development coming soon! We are excited to announce that the condo building at Pacific Station will soon be in development. This multi-family real estate development will feature 60 one- and two-bedroom units and secure, underground parking. This building will complement the townhomes and stratified office space available in this premier mixed-use development in north Nanaimo.

As our flagship development, Pacific Station has proven to be an exciting project filled with unique advantages and challenges. This project has given all of us at Westmark Construction to connect and collaborate with a multitude of industry professionals. One of the lofty goals of this multi-use development was to make it into both a thriving business and residential community.

We have been extremely lucky to have watched this community grow as it is physically developed. Businesses such as Cutting Room Creative, de Hoog & Kierulf Architects, and SRFax have embraced the collaborative nature of Pacific Station’s vibrant business community.
